CONTENT, STRATEGY

  • Spearheaded B2B customer retention and strategic journey mapping for entire product portfolio, including IoT and solar.

  • Created a customer education program that gained 61k organic views in six months with continual growth and established a 12-month content calendar plan to encourage transparent streamlined processes.

  • Leveraged data analysis and A/B test findings to create campaigns that breed engaged audiences with an open rate of 41%, click rate of 7%, and conversion rate of 3%. Championed User Experience Design in the SMS and Email strategy.

  • Designed and executed a content strategy overhaul with copywriting that grew engagement by 250%.

  • Oversaw content specialists in Content Marketing and Product Marketing, while managing all aspects of content design, project management, marketing campaign management, and marketing strategy.

  • Grew overall social media presence by 194%, with 90K followers and 14.8M views. Oversaw the organic social media marketing strategy for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, including SMO, social media content creation, and editorial.

Served as Art Director for photography and all productions.

  • Received creative features on Today Show, Buzzfeed, Architectural Digest, Better Homes and Gardens, Brit+Co, Country Living, and maximized the social channel content strategy with an omni-experience that encouraged follow/like/subscribe/buy. Instagram and YouTube averaged 2M impressions per month, a 31% increase YOY.

  • Redefined internal brand voice and image, resulting in a significant 300% increase in external brand collaborations monthly.
